Mindaugas Silinskis: I went to see a film with my son. Apparently there was an entire row booked for a kids party or something like that. It was just impossible to watch the film because of the noise. None of the staff from the Cinemark tried to take care of the situation. Unacceptable. Adding more in 2023: waited in line for 15 minutes to buy the tickets at the automated tickets machine and then found out that all the seats had been sold out... Sad experience again.
