Lucas Barbosa: Reception was not very warm. The wall plugs when I got there were not working and they had to move me to another room. The room in the morning had a lot of noise coming from outside and it bothered me in my sleep. The pool closes very early, which was a bummer for me. Also, not many towels and stuff in the room that you can use, and water was leaking in the bathroom. The bed was also not well made, and the covers were hidden, cluttered inside the closet. Mildly comfortable, though, but could be miles better.

Neury Freitas: This hotel, despite its promising location near the Lagoa, let us down. The service was friendly and helpful, but the room was a major disappointment. It was smaller than expected and poorly maintained. While everything seemed clean, the overall experience was unsatisfactory. We won’t be staying there again when we visit the town.

Miriam Breder: Not a very good hotel service. Not bilingual. Service is not very good. Breakfast same.

Beiker Dasilva: This place is 04 stars as listed on Google. 03 stars at best. Service poor and food is just average. Breakfast buffet below average. You might not have a choice because the neast coffee shop is half mile walk.

JEFFERSON NETTO: The location wouldn't be better. The room has some issues: 1)Air Cond is weak and struggles to keep up. I reported it, but no action. 2) the bathroom sink drain is broken and, so far, 3 days latter, no fix. Breakfast is R$ 30,00 per person (not bad). Therefore, I think that 4 stars are generous.
