Vanessa C: The waterfall is very nice, you can walk behind it, and there are many pools. The road there is long and rocky, but the place is truly breathtaking. It is very clean! They do have rules: keep quiet not to disturb the peace of the animals no food or drinks are allowed in your walk.

Arno van der Heide: Awesome experience. Bit of a drive but then you get the place to yourself. You have to be somewhat in a good shape to reach the main waterfall. But when you do, you will feel like in a LOTR movie. Staff very friendly. Not the cheepest. Long dirt road (like 30 minutes?) to reach. After the waterfalls hammocks available at the reception. Great trail back. Recommend.

Tiago Venturieri Barra: First of all make sure you get your voucher on line. Romulo, the owner , is a nice guy, very friendly and ready to present to you around. However, he only receives 70 tourists there. One thing that I strongly support! If you’re up to a trekking, start the trekking going to the left , otherwise go to the left and find a 4m natural pool.

Tony Trimm: The dirt road to get there (from the main paved road) was a bumpy 10k drive. Average speed was about 10k. Took about 1 hour in a small Fíate Mobi car. No restaurante. You jave to drive another 5k up the same bad road to São Jorge to get a restaurant...which is actually a very nice restaurant.

John Hanou: While the falls were great the sole employee apparently siphoned gasoline from our car before we returned from our hike. Aside from one other couple we were the only ones there. Watch your gas tank!
