Alex Buzby: Booked a stay for 4 guests (room advertises that is accommodated 5) but they could not provide us more than 2 towels. The room was a mess, there were no pillow cases, no blankets, empty shampoo container and bugs everywhere. When we asked the staff for any assistance, they were very rude and made it seem like we were inconveniencing them. I don’t think I’ve ever had such an unprofessional stay at a hotel before. Quite literally the worst service I have ever received Update 31/12/25 after the hotel’s response : they said I should have contacted service right away which we did. They said they had nothing for us and that there are no supplies. We asked again later and still had nothing and told us to check back the following day at 9am when a manager was available but that does not help that they did nothing for us when needed and were not ready for us as we paid for. They take no accountability for their actions and no pride in their property. Don’t waste your money on this hotel.

Nabyla Mendes: Worst stay I’ve ever had. We booked last minute for Réveillon and immediately regretted it. Check-in was awful—front desk staff was rude and gave us zero information about the hotel or amenities. The room was clearly rushed: booked for four people and received only two towels, no pillowcases, and beds without sheets. The bed setup also didn’t match what was advertised on Expedia. Food options were very limited. The gym was disgusting—dirty, broken equipment, no working treadmill or bike. We couldn’t even finish a workout. The Réveillon open bar only included one type of beer (we don’t drink beer). When we asked for towels and sheets, we were told none were available. Expedia couldn’t even reach the hotel for a partial refund. Very disappointing. Stay away.
