Maria Fernanda Amojo: We had a good experience in the cinema. I was able to pay for the popcorn beforehand and just collect it at the time of the film which for me was handy. Also, in the UK where I live popcorn normally just has two flavours. So, I thought that here was the same and I requested the sweet one without realising that the popcorns contained chocolate flavour and not only sugar. So, when I realised I came back to the till and explained that I did not know and that I did not like the popcorn with that flavour and if she could swap for the salty instead. She was lovely, understood and swap for me without charging. I definitely had a good experience, thank you
