Hizzy: Everything is bad 😂 The workers seem pretty nice but some look extremely agitated. They probably get a lot of annoyed customers because the management seems terrible here. TRUST THE REVIEWS. THEY ARE ACCURATE. You are probably only booking this to save some money. I guess this is what I deserve for trying to be cheap. Roaches in the room, egg shells in the eggs at breakfast, checkout won't be at 14h, rooms feel kind of nasty, the wifi is unusable which sucks because there seems to be a lot of people here on business. Whoever owns this place does not care and is terrible at creating an enjoyable customer experience 😂 It's like they work extra hard to make sure you won't have a single enjoyable moment. The photos look nothing like this place in real life. It's run down. THE ONE POSITIVE ASPECT is that it's very close to the beach which is nice but you'll be sacrificing a lot for that. Location alone probably keeps this place in business. I personally would never stay here again and this is motivation to make more money so that I don't have to expose myself to this kind of experience.

Jonathon Davey: Location is great and breakfast is included. Aside from these points, the place is grim. You can get better hotels in similar locations for the same price. The room was disgusting. The fridge was unplugged and moulding inside. The entranceway wardrobe shelf had a layer of dust and there was a rip in the bed sheet. The bathroom window was also jammed open and the staff upon night check-in were not very attentive. The room was genuinely grim. I wouldn't recommend it, though Andrade hotels are generally good value, just not this particular one.

Gustavo Rodrigues (Gusti): When I saw the room in real life I felt frustrated. It doesn’t looks like the same room in the pictures. It smelled bad at first, they had to switch the mini bar because the one in my room was not working, the TV control was not working as well, the shower is too hot or too cold... It’s a shame! I’m only giving 2 stars because staff is nice and the breakfast too, otherwise it’d be a 0.

Robert Crawford: It was okay. They gave me a so-so room at first but because there was an issue with it, I got a better room which didn't have a view. The food in the restaurant is good outside of breakfast and their breakfast is okay as well. Most of their guests speak Spanish but very few of the staff do. That is weird.

Mike D: The staff is great, friendly and attentive. They do what they can, but the hotel is extremely outdated.
