Eva Kalmeijer: We booked a boat trip to Morro de São Paulo with an agent. It appeared that on the same day the whole city was blocked and closed off for some holiday. The only way to reach was walking almost 1 hour through a crowd. Therefore we missed the boat and could only book one for two hours later so we would have barely time on the island. The travel agent should have informed us about this. We book exactly with an agency to avoid these kind of problems and here we are..
Brazilia N: I spoke with them for 2 hours and they tell me that they have availability and then when I want to pay they tell me that they do not have availability. waste of time and money. very long to get an answer.

D E: DO NOT TRUST. Poor client service. Not answering to email, not available during business hours. We booked a very expensive flight, however it was rescheduled without having any explanation, and we spent the rest of the day trying to rebook other stuff, not knowing when we would leave exactly since no reply on email. No commercial gesture at all. DO NOT TRUST
Lucian Dietsche: We booked a transfer from Boipeba to Salvador Airport. The pricing is fair and it was well organized. The time of booking in the agency takes a long time and the guy that was supposed to pick us up in Salvador was there but did not have a sign neither was he really looking for us. I think the sign is crucial especially in Brazil where many people wanr to offer you a ride when you arrive. It took us in the end 5 phone calls until we got everything fixed.
